The series thrives on the misunderstanding between these three. The Pigeon thinks the Cat is a villain and the King is a threat; the Cat thinks the Pigeon is a lonely friend and the King needs a pet; and the King thinks they are both his most loyal (albeit strange) subjects.

Role: The Paranoid Spy
To the average passerby, he is just another frantic city bird twitching for breadcrumbs. In reality, he is a high-level undercover operative whose “madness” is his greatest camouflage.
Role: The Misunderstood Guardian
The Mad Cat is the soul of the series. He isn’t crazy because of malice; he is “mad” because he cares too much and expresses it in the weirdest ways possible.
Role: The Tragic Dreamer
The Mad King is a figure of faded grandeur. He believes he rules a vast, magical empire, but his “kingdom” is actually just a cluttered backyard or a quiet street corner.
A conceptual character study exploring the intersection of mental eccentricity and archetypal roles. By taking familiar city archetypes—the pigeon, the stray cat, and the “eccentric” elder—and re-imagining them through a lens of “organized madness,” this series challenges the viewer’s perception of sanity versus purpose.
